摘要
目的建立一种果糖中葡萄糖含量检查方法,并讨论了测量条件。方法葡萄糖氧化酶将葡萄糖氧化为葡萄糖酸,同时产生过氧化氢。在过氧化氢的作用下,利用过氧化物酶可以使ABTS[2,2′-连氮-双-(3-苯乙基噻唑啉-6-磺酸)二铵盐]显色。结果利用此方法测定葡萄糖的检测限为1.5μg.mL-1。结论该方法具有较好的专属性和耐用性,且灵敏度较高。说明可以利用该方法对果糖中葡萄糖含量检查。
Objective To establish a determination method of glucose in fructose,and the conditions of assay were discussed.Methods The glucose was oxidized to gluconic acid by glucose oxidase and hydrogen peroxide was produced.In the role of hydrogen peroxide,used by peroxidase to catalyze ABTS[the oxidation of 2,2′-azino-bis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)],produced a brilliant green color.Results The detection limit of this method was 1.5 μg·mL-1.Conclusion This method had better specificity and sensitivity,and can be used to determine glucose in fructose.
