摘要
目的建立五味护肝胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,Waters sunfire C18色谱柱（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（13∶87）为流动相;流速为1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长为230 nm。结果芍药苷的线性范围为0.112 9~0.564 6μg,r=0.999 69,平均回收率为100.44%,RSD为1.44%（n=6）。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of peoniflorin in Wuwei Hugan Capsule.Methods The determination was performed by RP-HPLC with Waters sunfire C18 column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）using acetonitrile-0.1% solution of phoshoric acid（13∶87）as mobile phase and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.1129～0.564 6 μg with r=0.999 69.The average recovery was 100.44%,RSD=1.44%（n=6）.Conclusion The method was simple,quick,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
