摘要
本文研究了硼砂—氢氧化钠介质中（ｐＨ＝ １１ ．０） ，钴? 催化过氧化氢氧化桑色素的反应，建立了动力光度法测定痕量钴的新方法．方法灵敏度高，线性范围０ ～０ ．１ μｇ·ｍｌ－１ ，检出限为０ ．２ ×１０ － １０ ｇ·ｍｌ－ １ ．实测了含钴药品中Ｃｏ ? 含量，结果令人满意．
A new dynamics kinetics spectrophotomtic method for the determination of trace Cobalt has been studied.The mothod is based on the dynamics kinetics effect of Cobalt ? of morin by hydrogen proxide in the Na 2B 4O 7 NaOH(pH=11.0) medium.The linear range is 0～0.1 μg·ml -1 .The detection limit of Cobalt ? is 0.2×10 -1 g·ml -1 .The method has been applied to the determination of Cobalt in medicine with satistactory result.
