摘要
通过采取实地考察、综合分析研究的方法,对河间市国欣农研会的经营体制的特点及其意义作了较为深入的研究。认为国欣农研会是在农村改革背景下创立的自主、开放、创新的合作经济组织,在技术开发利用、组织运营、资源整合等都有其鲜明特色:一是螺旋上升并向往扩散的技术开发模式;二是集团化经营的组织运营模式;三是半封闭的生产运营管理模式。这为农村合作经济的发展提供案例参考,也为我国农民合作社经营体制发展完善提供经验借鉴。
This paper,by adopting on-the-spot investigation,the method of comprehensive analysis and research on the manage system characteristics and significance of HeJian GuoXin NongYan for a more in-depth research.Guoxin Nongyan which had created in rural reform background is independent and open,innovation organization,the organization for economic cooperation in innovation of technology development and utilization,organizational operational,resources integration and so,has its characteristics and can draw lessons from place.First is the spiral and Yearning diffusion spread technology development mode;second is collectivized business organization operation mode;third is semi-closed production operation management mode.For the development of the rural cooperative economy provides reference for the case,farmers manage system development provides a perfect experience for reference.
