摘要
《中华人民共和国招标投标法》的颁布和实施,为企业的招标投标活动提供了平等的竞争环境和有效的法律保障。文章对我国建设工程招标投标制度的形成、特点及意义进行了综合评述,并对招标投标的3种基本方式及其适用范围、招标投标的基本程序进行了重点叙述。
The promulgation and implement of <Competitive-bidding Law of Peopl e's Republic of China> provide equal competitive environment and effective legal protection for enterprises' competitive-bidding activities. This paper makes c omprehensive commends on the formation, features and significance of the competi tive-bidding system of our country's construction engineering, and expounds emp hatically the three basic modes of competitive-bidding and their applicability and basic procedures.
