摘要
目的提升本科护生的职业认同感。方法将80名本科护生随机分为实验组和对照组各40名。对照组按4年制教学大纲进行教学;实验组从大一开始,护生以义工身份周末或节假日一对一在老师的指导下参与临床照护患者或见习。采用自编职业认同问卷评价效果。结果干预前职业认同6个维度两组比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预1学年后情感认同、职业期望2个维度,干预2学年后增加职业意志、职业认知共4个维度,干预3年后增加职业价值共5个维度评分显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论本科护生以护理义工的形式早期介入临床,可提高其职业认同感。
Objective To improve professional identity of nursing undergraduates.Methods Eighty nursing undergraduates were randomized into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.Students in the control group were taught based on syllabus,while their counterparts in the observation group were asked to be nursing volunteers and participate in caring patients on weekend or holidays since freshman year.The results were evaluated by a self-designed questionnaire of professional identity.Results The 6 dimensions of professional identity showed no significant differences before intervention between the two groups(P0.05 for all).Significant differences were found between the two groups in emotional identity and profession expectation after 1-year intervention,in emotional identity,profession expectation,profession will and profession cognition after 2-year intervention,in 5 dimensions except capacity identity after 3-year intervention,and scores of the aboved mentioned dimensions in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.05 for all).Conclusion Nursing undergraduates participating early in nursing practice as nursing volunteers can improve their professional identity.
