摘要
目的分析影响癌症患者生活质量的因素,为提高其生活质量提供依据。方法采用癌症患者生存质量、社会支持和应对方式量表对600例癌症患者进行调查分析。结果本组癌症患者的生活质量总得分为(83．00±22．00)分,其影响因素主要有年龄、性别、职业、婚姻状况、文化程度、应对方式、社会支持、疾病严重程度、医疗费支付方式等。结论应根据患者的具体情况, 在护理过程中帮助患者重视和利用各种社会支持来源,采用积极的应对方式,以提高癌症患者的生活质量。
Objective Analyze the factors which have influenced the quality of life （QOL） of the patients with cancer, and then put up the corresponding nursing measures. Method Using the EROTCQOLQ- C30 and the social support scale to analyze 600 patients with cancer. Results The value which can indicate the QOL of patients with cancer was 83.00 ± 22.00. The factors which have influenced the QOL of patients with cancer were age, gender, occupation, marriage, cultural degree, social support, disease, and so on. Conclusion Using the positive methods and the social support to raise the QOL of cancer patients according to the concreted condition of them.
