摘要
[目的]研究红地球和无核白鸡心葡萄对不同浓度Na2CO3的耐性。[方法]以红地球和无核白鸡心葡萄扦插苗为材料,在盆栽条件下进行盐分胁迫处理。[结果]与对照相比,Na2CO3胁迫下,葡萄叶绿素含量、电解质渗透率、过氧化物酶活性都有不同程度的变化。[结论]经比较,无核白鸡心葡萄对Na2CO3的耐性较强,而红地球葡萄对Na2CO3的耐性较弱。
[Objective]The experiment aimed to study the tolerance of Red Globe grape and Centenial seedless grape to the sodium carbonate at different concentration.[Method] The seedlings of Red Globe grape and Centenial seedless of cuttage were used as the experimental materials and the salt stress experiment was carried out under pot culture condition.[Result]The results demonstrated that with the comparison,content of chlorophyll,membrane permeability and content of POD showed different degrees of changes.[Conclusion]Centenial seedless showed strong tolerance to sodium carbonate and Red Globe showed weak tolerance to sodium carbonate.
