摘要
研制了ＪＣ－１ 高清净性冷轧油。ＪＣ－１冷轧油用于五机架高速串联轧机上具有优异的轧机清净性、退火清净性以及润滑性。可轧制０．３５ ｍ ｍ 以上的各种规格的薄板，与国内外同类油相比，能耗下降８％ ，油耗下降１７％ ，在贫氢退火条件下，退火后的钢板表面平均反射率在８０％ 以上，残炭值小于４ ｍ ｇ／ｍ ２。
A highly cleaning cold rolling oil TC 1 used in high speed continuous 5 stand mill was formulated. TC 1 cold rolling oil exhibits superior properties such as mill cleanliness, annealed cleaning and lubricity. In the cold rolling process, the said oil can be used to roll various steel strips thicker than 0.35mm. In comparison with the same type reference oils, the energy consumption and oil consumption dropped 8% and 17% respectively. In the annealing conditions of lacking hydrogen, the steel strips after annealing had an average surface reflection rate more than 80% and a carbon residue on surface below 4 mg/m 2.
