摘要
以大庆５００ＳＮ为原料油，经深度精制后作为基础油，添加适量的抗氧剂、破乳剂、极压抗磨剂、防锈剂和消泡剂等，研制出ＷＨ５２５抗磨型油膜轴承油，其质量指标达到ＭｏｂｉｌＶａｃｕｏｌｉｎｅ５２５油膜轴承油指标要求。经鞍钢二年工业应用证明，该油品可以满足高速线材轧机润滑要求。
WH525 antiwear type oil film bearing oil, composed of deeply refined Daqing 500 SN as base oil and some additives such as antioxidant, emulsion breaker, EP antiwear agent, rust inhibitor and antifoaming agent, and so on, was developed. It has reached the quality index of Mobil Vacuoline 525. The industrial application in Anshan Iron and Steel Company for two years indicated that it can meet the lubricating requirement of high speed wire steel mill.
