摘要
介绍可以同时用于超声电视成像测井和第一胶结面固井质量检测测井的小井眼井下超声测井仪。为了提高电路系统的设计集成度,降低电路功耗,选用了FPGA(Field Program mable Gate Array)芯片设计仪器电路,使井下仪器电路板宽度达到33 m m ,仪器外径缩小到70 mm ;将地面仪器设计成一块ISA总线接口板。在固井质量检测中,对波形的量化采用了10位的A/D芯片,提高了电视成像的精度。仪器在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。
Described in this paper is a small diameter multifunctional ultrasonic imaging logging tool which can be used both in ultrasonic TV imaging and in well cementing quality detection at the first cementing interface. In order to enhance the system integration level and reduce power consumption, FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) is chosen for the tool circuit design, thus simplifying the design and tuning of the tool. The tool has acquired good result in practical use.
