余厚全,屈万里,黄载禄.利用超声脉冲回波检测套管腐蚀和缺陷.测井技术,1997,21(2):129~132介绍了利用超声脉冲反射法测量厚度的原理,分析讨论了利用该原理测量石油套管腐蚀和缺陷的局限性和可行性,提出了一种利用超声检测套管厚度的基本方案,并进行了数值模拟。模拟结果表明虽然存在一定的技术难度,但在一定条件下,利用超声脉冲回波检测套管的腐蚀和缺陷是可行的。
This paper describes the principle of measuring casing thickness with ultrasonic pulse echoes, and analyzes the limitation and the feasibility of detecting casing corrosion and defect based on the principle. A scheme is presented for casing thickness measurement, and numerical simulation is given. The simulation result demonstrates that under certain conditions, the casing thickness measurement with ultrasonic pulse echos is feasible in spite of some difficulties in technique.
