服务营销有形展示技巧研究 被引量:9

摘要 服务营销的核心理念是顾客满意和顾客忠诚,要让消费者对一种基本无形的产品产生一种有形的评价,就应通过对有形物品的充分利用和服务人员的自身表演来调动观众的情绪,营造出独特的服务氛围。因此,有形展示是服务营销的一个重要工具,好的有形展示有助于塑造产品和企业的形象,支持有关营销策略的推行。
