摘要
阐述了不锈钢表面复合抛光原理,研究分析确立了先进行前期机械抛光处理不锈钢表面至Ra 0.2μm然后进行复合抛光,最后进行电化学光亮化处理的大面积抛光工艺路线,重点研究了前期机械抛光处理和复合抛光工艺参数,介绍了复合抛光技术特性指标和工业应用效果。
Elaborated the stainless steel surface recombination polishing principle,the research analysis was established has carried on the earlier period mechanical buffing to process the stainless steel surface first 0.2 μm then to carry on compound polishing to Ra,finally carried on electrochemistry luminous processing the big area polishing craft route,has studied earlier period mechanical buffing processing and the compound polishing technological parameter with emphasis,introduced the compound polishing technology characteristic target and the industrial application effect.
