摘要
介绍了厚度为1.6mm的DP590双相钢连退样品电解抛光试验的制样设备、样品的准备及其制备方法,探讨了电压、电解液流速、电解时间、电解液温度和电解抛光面积等电解抛光工艺参数对样品表面质量的影响,通过试验获得了在电解液浓度为20%的高氯酸酒精溶液、电解液温度约为2℃、电解时间约为10s和电解抛光面积为1cm^2的情况下,电压约为9V和电解液流速约为13mL/cm^2的最佳电解抛光工艺参数。
The electrolytic polishing of DP590 annealing sample with a thickness of 1.6 mm for EBSD analysis has been deeply investigated. The effects on the surface quality of the EBSD sample is studied of the experiment parameters, such as voltage, flow rate, temperature, polishing area, polishing time, and so on. It is found that the optimized parameters are 2 ℃ (polishing temperature), 9 V (polishing voltage), 13 s (polishing time), 1 cm^2 (polishing area) and 13 mL/cm^2 (flow rate ).
