摘要
炭纤维预形体的的增密工艺可分为CVI阶段和SCVD阶段。炭纤维坯体经过这两个阶段的碳原子沉积,得到的炭材料防氧化性能和防潮湿性能比传统CVD增密炭材料有显著提高。
Densification process of carbon fibrous preform is divided into two procedures,CVI stage and SCVD stage.As the results of carbon fibrous preform deposited by carbon atoms using both CVI and SCVD,the C/C composite materials prepared possess better antioxidation and antimoisture properties compared with conventional CVD densifying C/C composite materials.
