介绍了一种平均压缩率达到10%,平均压缩回弹率达到13%的低密度碳/碳材料及其独特的制造技术,为改善碳/碳材料的韧性提供了一种行之有效的方法。其主要工艺途径为,在水中以表面活性剂分散、包覆原材料、混合抽滤、烘干固化、炭化等工序。
A kind of low-density carbon-carbon composite with about 10% compressional deformation and13% resilience on average is presented along with the unique manufacture technology. The process mainlyconsists of dispersing and coating raw materials with surface active agents in water, mixing, vaccum filtrating, solidification and carbonization . The process is a useful method in increasing the fracture toughness ofthe C/C composite.
