摘要
对信息用户流失分析中的相关问题展开了研究,提出基于客户价值的流失预测模型。结果表明在客户价值细分后进行流失预测,可以提高预测精度并深刻地了解用户特征,从而更有针对性地开展用户保持工作。
The churning rate of information users in the network environment has not yet received enough attention.This paper studies the problems related with the analysis of the churning rate of information users,and proposes a churning rate prediction model based on customer value.The results show that if the churning rate is predicted after the customer value is sub-divided,the model can increase the prediction accuracy and understand the characteristics of the users in a deep way so that the user retention work can be carried out more pertinently.
