摘要
研究了污泥停留时间(SRT)分别为7、14、28 d时,采用微波-厌氧消化联合处理水解酸化残余污泥的效果。试验同时设置进泥为不经微波处理的水解酸化残余污泥的对照组。结果表明,SRT为14 d时微波组SCOD去除率可达最高值84.91%;微波组和对照组在SRT为7、14、28 d的条件下对SS的去除率差异不明显,SRT由28 d缩短至7 d时SS去除率仅下降了3.95%;SRT为7、14、28 d时,微波组的污泥产甲烷率比对照组的分别高出39.09%、27.48%和26.75%。说明采用该联合工艺处理水解酸化残余污泥在SRT为14 d时即可达到较好的效果,同时微波处理可增加水解酸化污泥的产甲烷活性。
Under the different sludge residence time(SRT=7 d,14 d and 28 d respectively),the removal efficiency of residual sludge after hydrolysis acidification using the microwave(MW) irradiation-anaerobic digestion process was researched.The control group used the untreated residual sludge after hydrolysis acidification under the same condition.The result show that when the SRT is 14 d,the SCOD removal rate of the MW group reaches the maximum of 84.19%;The SS removal rate of the MW group and the control group are very similar under the different SRT of 7 d,14 d and 28 d,the SS removal rate only decreases 3.95% when shorten the SRT from 22 d to 7 d;Under the SRT of 7 d,14 d and 22 d,the methane production rate of the MW group is 39.09%,27.48% and 26.75% higher than the control group respectively.It suggests that the MW irradiation-anaerobic digestion process can achieve the removal effect and improve the methane production rate under the SRT of 14 d when using it to treat the residual sludge after hydrolysis acidification.
