ASBR处理造纸废水初探 被引量:4

摘要 本实验用ASBR工艺处理造纸废水,启动在室温下进行,搅拌速度取50 r/min,反应时间取24 h.结果表明,添加营养物质能显著提高处理效率,CODCr去除率增加至40%左右,挥发酸(VFA)也有下降.进水CODCr约为6000 mg/L,进水pH值调节为7.0左右时,CODCr处理效率最高,接近60%,说明ASBR能将难生物降解的物质降解,为后续处理减轻负担. ASBR was investigated to treat paper mill wastewater. On the start- up stage, the experiment was conducted at room temperature, stirring rate and reaction time were approximately 50r/min, 24 h, respectively. Adding nutrition can remarkably enhance the efficiency: CODCr was reduced by 40% and VFA was reduced. CODCr removal efficiency was approximately 60% at the influent CODCr of 6 000 mg/L and influent pH of 7.0, performing the best. Thus ASBR can abate the load of latter treatment by anaerobic digestion.
