摘要
介绍了脉冲刷镀设备、工艺特点及脉冲刷镀参数，通过试验对脉冲刷镀的镀层性能与直流刷镀的镀层性能作了全面的比较，脉冲刷镀镀层具有表面光洁度高，晶粒细致、机械性能好等优点。
Equipment, process parameters and characteristics of pulse brush plating was introduced. Property comparison of deposits obtained from pulse plating and direct current brush plating solution showed that the former had high surface brightness, with fine, compact crystal and good mechanical properties.
