摘要
介绍了脉冲刷镀的工艺和机理。通过大量试验,优选出镀工作层时脉冲刷镀的较佳工艺参数。试验结果表明,常用镀液脉冲刷镀的最大可镀厚度相当于直流刷镀的3~5倍,镀层的抗氧化性能平均提高20%左右,在强酸中的腐蚀率平均减小50%左右。
The technology and mechanism of pulse and brush plating are intro- duced.Technological parameters when plating coat are optimized through many tests.The results indicate that the most thickness of plating coat by pulse and brush plating is 3-5 times as much as that of D.C.brush plating,and oxidation re- sistance of plating coat increases by the average of 20%,corrosion rate in strong acid decreases by the average of 50%.
