摘要
采用松胞素B微核法,分别检测了60Coγ射线1、2C重离子2、52Cf混合中子三种射线0~1 Gy(0、0.25、0.5、0.75、1 Gy)照射人离体外周血的微核率,建立了相应的微核低剂量-效应曲线,并对其剂量-效应关系进行比较。结果表明6,0Coγ射线2、52Cf混合中子的剂量-效应关系均为线性平方模型,拟合方程分别为YCo=0.008+0.016D+0.075D2(R2=0.9645,剂量为0~1 Gy)和YCf=0.008+0.297D+0.075D2(R2=0.9842,0~1 Gy);12C重离子是指数模型,拟合方程为Yc=0.033e1.9732D(R2=0.9978,剂量为0.25~1 Gy)1。2C重离子2、52Cf混合中子造成的微核率明显高于60Coγ射线。在1 Gy以内低剂量范围,高LET射线对离体外周血淋巴细胞的损伤明显高于低LET射线,且252Cf混合中子的相对生物效应(RBE)高于12C重离子。
By scoring micronuclei in binuclear lymphocytes (CB method), the dose-effect curves of micronuclei for human peripheral blood lymphocytes after low dose(0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1 Gy) irradiation with ^60Co γ rays, neutrons ^252Cf and heavy ion beams 12C were established. In the absorbed dose range of 0--1 Gy, for ^60Co gamma rays, heavy ion beams ^12C and neutrons ^252Cf, the CB micronucleus frequency increased with the increase of absorbed dose. And the best regression equation are YCo=0.008+0.016D+ 0.075D^2 (R^2=0.9645) , YC=0.033e^1.9732D (R^2=0.9978) , YCf=0.008+0.297D+0.075D^2 (R^2 =0.9842) . In the absorbed dose range of 0--1 Gy, high LET radiations have higher biological effeetiveness in indueing mieronuelei. And the RBE of neutrons ^252Cf is higher than heavy ion beams ^12C.
