摘要
加入世界贸易组织,极大地促进了中国开放型经济的发展,有力地促进了中国经济体制的改革,培养了一批具有全球意识的开放型人才。在入世十周年之际,文章总结了中国加入世贸组织的五条经验,探讨了当前中国开放面临的新形势,并分析了新形势下开放的战略目标与重点。文章指出,中国和平崛起、中国转变发展方式,都需要更好地利用全球化带来的机遇,决不能因已经取得的成就而自满。
China's WTO membership has greatly boosted the development of its open economy and strongly pushed its economic structural reform.Moreover,it has also helped train a large group of professionals that have global vision and knowledge of an open economy.This article,as China's tenth anniversary of joining the WTO draws near,sums up the five lessons from its WTO membership and discusses the new situation of its opening up.It also analyzes China's strategic targets and focuses of its opening up roadmap in the new situation.It calls for clear assessment of the situation facing China's opening up and argues that China should not get complacent for what it has achieved after in the past ten years and should make full use of the opportunities brought by globalization to benefit its peaceful rise and transformation of its development mode.
