摘要
介绍了我国冶金行业企业信息化管理体系的结构,指出钢管企业信息化管理体系的建设远远落后于冶金行业其他企业的现状。在分析了我国钢管企业差异性、钢管生产工艺和生产管理的特点后,提出了钢管企业信息化管理体系的建设方案和步骤。以天津钢管集团股份有限公司信息化管理体系的建设为例,介绍了钢管企业信息化管理体系的功能结构和作用。
Elaborated is the structure of the management information system for domestic metallurgical industrial circles.It is pointed out that the construction pace of such management system in the steel pipe industry is far behind the current developments of other aspects of the metallurgical companies in the country.Analyzed are the differences among the steel pipe makers,and the characteristics of steel pipe manufacturing technologies and production management,based on which,relevant solution and implement steps for construction of the management information system of steel pipe manufacturers are proposed.With the construction of the management information system of a TPCO as an example,the functional structure and functions of the management information system are briefed.
