摘要
运用典型相关分析法对男子400 m个人混合泳运动员分段成绩进行相关分析,研究分段间相互影响关系,探究400 m个人混合泳体力分配规律。结果表明:第1段和第4段的加速对7、8段的最后冲刺有明显影响,其次,蝶泳两个分段速度变化对后继的蛙泳段有一定影响。研究认为400 m个人混合泳中蝶泳第1段的游速对全程速度分配起至关重要的作用,第1段的加速程度要因运动员实力而定,在保障7、8段具有一定冲刺能力下,应尽可能加快1、4段尤其是第1段的最大速度,但要能有所控制,否则结果会适得其反。
By using the method of canonical correlation analysis,this paper researches the split times of swimmers in men's 400m individual medley.In addition,it also discusses the interaction relationship between split times and the laws of physical strength distribution of men's 400m individual medley.As a result,the acceleration of first and fourth sections can affect the final spurt of the seventh and eighth sections remarkably.Besides,the speed changes of two sections of butterfly stroke have definite effects on the following breaststroke.The research shows that the speed in the butterfly stroke has significant effect on the whole process of men's 400m individual medley.The velocity increasing level of the first section should be based on the athlete's ability.On the guarantee of spurt in the final sections of seventh and eighth,athletes should accelerate the velocity of first and fourth sections,especially the first one.The velocity changes should be proper regulated,otherwise,it may be counter productive.
