摘要
钽电容器远优于其它类电容器,制造钽电容器所遇到的突出技术问题是形成有效的气密封接。本文研究了钽电容器微晶玻璃组成及玻璃与钽的熔封工艺。
Tantalum electrolytic capacitors are much better than other electrolytic capacitors.One of the prior art problems encountered in forming a electrolytic tantalum capacitor is the production of an effective hermetic seal.The glass-ceramics compositions and the glass-tantalum sealing technology have been primarily investigated.
