不同内固定方法治疗锁骨骨折临床疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的比较3种不同内固定方法治疗锁骨骨折的临床效果。方法采用3种不同内固定方法治疗96例成人锁骨骨折患者,其中锁骨钩钢板内固定30例、锁骨钢板内固定46例、克氏针内固定20例。术后随访1年。结果术后平均随访14个月,3组患者在骨折愈合率、骨折愈合时间及功能之间相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论根据患者锁骨骨折部位及类型不同选择合适的内固定术治疗,均可获得满意疗效。
