Steady-state simulation of complex crude oil distillation column

摘要 针对石油蒸馏塔结构复杂、参数校正难和产品性质计算难等问题,分析了不同结构的石油蒸馏塔模型、参数校正方法和产品性质计算方法,开发了带有参数校正的复杂石油蒸馏的稳态模型。通过与某装置常压塔的工艺数据比较,证实该模型具有较好的模拟精度和运算速度,能够预测原油蒸馏塔的实际工艺状态。 In consideration of complex structures of crude oil distillation column and difficulties in model parameter correction and product property calculation, etc, various structure models are analyzed and established, method of parameter COITection is improved and new methods for product properties calculation are proposed. In addition, the complex steady-state model of crude oil distillation with self-turning of parameters is developed. In comparison of process data of atmospheric column, this model has a better performance in simulation accuracy and computation speed. It can predict the actual operation conditions in crude oil distillation columns.
