摘要
介绍“常减压蒸馏装置在线优化软件”的结构以及各模块的功能，并对原油实沸点蒸馏曲线的形成、常减压蒸馏塔模拟模型的建立、求解、模型参数在线修正以及优化算法等关键技术进行了阐述，提出了有效的算法。用某炼油厂常减压蒸馏装置的实际操作数据对该软件的各项功能进行了测试。测试结果表明，该软件在模拟优化算法的稳定性、计算精度以及速度方面，都能够满足在线优化的要求。
The structure of 'on line optimization of crude unit' software package is introduced. The functions of main modules are also described. Some key technologies of on line optimization, including crude oil TBP curve, process model, on line parameters estimation and optimization algorithm, are developed. The optimization results of crude unit showed that the proposed methods are advanced and effective in algorithm stability and calculation speed.
