摘要
本实验采用12×12拉丁方实验设计。分别在酉时（18：00）、戌时（20：00）、亥时(22：00）、子时（24：00）、丑时（02：00）、寅时(04：00）、卯时(06：00）、辰时（08：00）、巳时（10：00）、午时（12：00）、未时（14：00）和申时（16：00）电针正常人的十二经络穴。结果发现，电针十二经络穴，对cAMP、cGMP及其比值影响的差异不明显，但不同时辰电针则有着效应差异。
In this experiment,we used 12×12 latin square Experimental design,observed the effects of electroxacupuncture(EA)at the Twelve Luo Points on plasma cAMP and cGMP of normal young adults at different time. The plasma cAMPs and cGMPs were measured respectively just before and after EA at 18: 00,20: 00, 22: 00,24: 00,02: 00,04: 00,06: 00,08: 00, 10: 00, 12:00, 14: 00 and 16: 00 of a day. The results showed that the effects of EA at the Twelve Luo Points on the plasma cAMPs and cGMPs of normal young adults were showing no significant differences. But the plasma cAMPs and cGMPs were changed when EA was carried out on the different points at different time. The results of present experiments indicate that the time factor plays an important role in the effects of EA and the different effects of EA still exist in the normal young adults.
