摘要
目的:建立酒石酸美托洛尔片中酒石酸美托洛尔的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱;流动相为醋酸铵缓冲液(3.9 g醋酸铵,加水至810 mL,加三乙胺2.0 mL,加冰醋酸10 mL,加磷酸3.0 mL)-乙腈(75∶25),流速1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长275 nm。结果:酒石酸美托洛尔线性范围为0.989 6～8.906 4μg;平均回收率为100.02%(n=9),RSD为0.76%。结论:本方法简便、快速,专属性强,可有效的控制酒石酸美托洛尔片中酒石酸美托洛尔的含量。
Obiective： To establish a method for the determination of Metoprolol Tartrate in Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets. Methods： The HPLC column was Diamonsil C18 column. The mobile phase was Ammonium Acetate buffer solution（ Dissolve 3.9 g of ammonium acetate in water to make 810 mL, add 2.0 mL of triethytamine 10 mL of and acetic acid glacial, 3.0 mL of phosphoric acid-acetonitrile （75： 25） ;with flow rate 1.0 mL · min^-1 . The UV detection wavelength was 275 nm. Results： The linear range was 0. 989 6-8. 906 4 μg. The average recovery rate（ n = 9） was 100. 02% （ RSD 0.76% ）. Conclusion： The method was convenient, accurate, simple and feasible. It can be used as a method of quality control.
