摘要
科技园区是我国社会经济新的增长载体,对城市和区域经济发展起着重要的作用。该文分析研究了科技园区的特点、选址的原则、选址的影响条件,总结科技园区选址的评定及比选的依据。意在通过对科技园区选址的讨论,进而优化科技园区的园址选择,降低建园成本,提高园区运行效率,促进我国科技园区规划向着更科学和更合理的方向发展。
As a new carrier of China＇s growing economy,Hi-tech Industrial Park plays an important role in urban and regional economy development.This essay analyzes the characteristics of Hi-tech Industrial Park,the theories of site selection,the influential factors of site selection.It also summarizes the basis of assessment for different site opinions.Aiming to improve China＇s hi-tech industrial park＇s urban planning toward a more scientific and functional way,the essay expresses the advanced process,which starts from site selection discussion to option optimization,budget reduction,till future operation enhancement.
