摘要
用甘蓝幼苗下胚轴切段与发根农杆菌(Agrobacterium rhizogenes)共培养诱导产生了133个转化根无性系。通过根的再生培养,在16个转化系的根段上直接分化再生出转化植株。同一转化系内不同转化体在转化根生长方式,植株再生能力和转化植株的形态上均具有一致性,而不同转化系的转化体却表现出很大的差异。造成Ri T-DNA转化体多样性的主要原因是转化基因的异质性。
Hypocotyl segments of cabbage seedlings were cocultured with Agrobacterium rhizogenes in vitro, giving rise to 133 hairy root lines. After that,transformed plants were regenerated directly on the segments of transformed roots.
All transformats got from one root line are identical in pattern of root growth, plant regeneration potential and phenotype of regenerated plants, whereas the transformats got from different root lines are very different in these aspects. The main reason for the divergence of Ri T-DNA transformats is the heterogeneity of transfromed genes in transformats.
