不同产权性质下企业组织冗余与自主创新投入关系研究——来自中国上市公司的经验数据 被引量:27

Property Right Type,Organizational Slack and Self-renovation Investment: Evidence from Chinese Listed Companies

摘要 组织冗余如何影响创新一直是现代组织研究领域中颇受人们关注的一个问题。结合我国主要存在的国有产权和私有产权两种制度,在对组织冗余的水平、性质与自主创新投入之间的相关性进行理论分析的基础上,以我国深市上市公司2006—2009年的数据为样本做了实证检验,研究结果表明:总体上组织冗余水平与自主创新投入的关系呈倒置U型,但不同性质的企业表现出明显的差异,国有控股样本表现出更明显的正相关关系,非国有控股样本与整体样本观测结果相似,表现出明显的倒置U型;相对于国有产权控股的上市公司而言,冗余资源对私有产权控股上市公司R&D投资强度的正向影响更强。 How organizational slack influences the act of innovation is always been discussed in modern organization fields,this paper considered the two chief property systems,the state property and private property,to study this problem.Based on the theoretical analysis on the relationship between the level or kinds of organizational slack and the self-innovation,we test the data from enterprises for the period 2006-2009 in Shenzhen Stock Exchange.The results show that the relationship between organizational slack and self-innovative input shows to be the inverted U-shaped,and there is significant difference between different kinds of enterprises,such as the relationship in State-owned enterprises shows more clearly positive,while the relationship in Private-owned enterprises shows similar with the overall enterprises' inverted U-shaped.What's more,compared with the State-owned enterprises,the slack resource has more significant positive influence on the RD investment in Private-owned enterprises
