摘要
土壤耕作过程中,土壤对耕作部件的阻力是波动、随机的,测定机械阻力大小可对部件设计的合理性及耕作部件动力配套的选择提供帮助。为实时测定深松铲工作的机械阻力,设计了由牵引机具、深松铲、传感器、应变仪、计算机组成的土壤耕作阻力测试系统。通过静态标定,该系统的线性度、线性迟滞和迟滞均小于1%。
During process of tillage,resistance of soil to the working parts is fluctuant and stochastic.Measurement of mechanical resistance is helpful to the design rationality of tillage parts and selection of matching power.In order to measure mechanical resistance of subsoiling shovel,tillage resistance measurement system composing of traction equipment,subsoiling shovel,sensor,strain gauge and computer was designed.Through static calibration,the system's linearity,retardation and linear retardation were all within 1%.
