摘要
对花生挖掘铲与土壤进行动力学分析,建立了挖掘铲工作阻力数学模型,确定了挖掘铲的工作参数、土壤类型、土壤物理机械性质等因素与工作阻力之间的函数关系。分析了挖掘铲的铲面倾角、工作速度、挖掘深度、铲面宽度等因素对挖掘铲工作阻力的影响,以寻求最佳的工作参数。进行了挖掘铲工作阻力测试和花生收获试验,试验结果验证了挖掘铲阻力模型和工作参数的确定是合理的。
Based on dynamic analyses of a digging shovel and peanut soil, a calculating model about working resistance of the shovel was set up, meantime the relationship between the digging resistance and working parameters of the shovel, soil types, soil performances in physics and mechanism was put forward. The optimum parameters of the shovel, the influences of plane obliquity, working speed, digging depth and breadth of the shovel on the digging resistance were analyzed respectively. The digging resistance test and the peanut harvest experiment were done, and the experimental results showed that the model establishment and parameters selection were reasonable.
