摘要
新生入学教育是整个大学教育的第一步,也是思想政治教育工作不可缺少的重要内容。把体验式学习理论和新生入学教育融合而构建的大学生体验式入学教育模式是入学教育方式上的一种创新,具有重大的理论和实践意义;此模式以杜威的"经验学习"理论和大卫.库伯的四阶段"体验学习圈"理论为核心,遵照体验式入学教育模型图的总体设计,确定教育目标和方法,开展具体的教育活动,让新生参与、体验、反思,从而达到教育的目的。
The enrollment education for freshman is the first step of the entire university education,and also is the important and indispensable content of the ideological and political education.Appling the experiential learning theory into the enrollment education,the model of experiential enrollment education is a new test.It has great theoretical and practical significance;John Dewey＇s ＂experiential learning ＂theory and David Kolb＇s ＂Four stages of the experience of learning circles＂ are the core theories of the model;In accordance with the model diagram of experiential enrollment education to determine the goals and methods of education,carrying out specific educational activities,let freshmen participate,experience and reflect,as a result,to achieve the education goals.
