摘要
重点研究马铃薯收获机振动筛运动参数与块茎损伤之间的关系;应用虚拟样机来代替物理样机进行验证设计;采用ADAMS仿真软件对振动筛和块茎进行运动仿真,获得了振动筛运动的速度、加速度、位移和动能曲线,能够有效地判断块茎沿筛面的运动状态;针对圆形和椭圆形两种块茎,分析了振动频率和振幅对块茎损伤率的影响,为今后马铃薯收获机振动筛的设计与分析提供了有力的依据。
It researches relation between moving parameters and tuber damaging about potato harvester vibrating sieve.Virtual Prototype was used to replace real machine to do experiments validating,ADAMS software was used to do moving simulation about vibrating sieve and tuber which can get velocity,acceleration,displacement and kinetic energy curves about vibrating sieve.The curves were used to judging tuber moving state on the sieve effectively.It analyzes the infection about vibrating frequency and swing to tuber damaging rate by round and ellipse tubers.It offers base for the design and analysis of potato harvester sieve.
