摘要
农机购置补贴是中央重要支农惠农政策之一,在提高农业生产率、促进农民增收等方面取得了良好的成效。然而,由于补贴覆盖面窄、农机具品种少、产品质量欠佳、产品定价机制不明确、售后服务意识差和监管不到位等问题的存在,抑制了补贴政策作用的完全发挥。因此,政府、企业和农机服务组织等相关主体要共同努力,通过多方合作解决存在的问题。
The policy of subsidizing agricultural machinery purchasing is one of the most important policies of the Central Government to support and benefit agricultural households.But in the process of its implementation,the existence of the problems of narrow coverage,inadequate varieties,poor quality,inflexible price-forming system,weak sense of after-sail service and out-of-order monitoring system is undermining this policy.Therefore,it is necessary that the related government departments,manufactures and agricultural machinery service organizations make combined efforts to solve these problems so that the policy can give its best performance.
