摘要
脑膜癌病（meningeal carcinomatosis,MC）又称癌性脑膜炎（neoplastic meningitis）,是癌症患者重要的神经系统并发症,在实体肿瘤患者中的发病率为1%～5％，在白血病和淋巴瘤患者中发病率为5％～5％，在原发性脑肿瘤患者中发病率为1％～2％。
