摘要
用无火焰原子吸收光谱法测定恶性脑瘤组(MTG)、良性脑瘤组(BTG)患者手术前后CSF和非肿瘤患者组(CG)CSF中Cu,Cd,Mn含量。结果表明,MTG,BTG术前CSF-Cu,Cd,Mn含量高于术后,Cu,Mn有显著性差异(P<0.01)MTG,BTG术前CSF-Cu水平显著高于CG,术后降低,BTG的CSF-Cu水平与CG相近,而MTG的CSF-Cu仍高于CG。CG中Cd-Mn呈高度正相关(r=0.359,P<0.01),而MTG,BTG中Cu-Cd,Cu-Mn,Cd-Mn均无相关性。提示术前CSF-Cu水平在鉴别脑瘤性质与其它脑疾病中有参考价值,术后CSF-Cu水平在监护和预测预后有重要意义。
Cu,Cd,Mn levels in CSF were measured by flameless ato-
mic absorption spectrophotometry in 80 patients divided into two groups:
malignant brain tumors(MTG)and benign brain tumors(BTG),and 70
patients with neurological disease but brain tumors as control group(CG).
The results showed that preoperative levels of CSF-Cu,CSF-Mn are signifi-
cantly higher than postoperative levels.The preoperative CSF-Cu level of
MTG and BTG is significantly higher than that of CG.The sequence is
MTG>BTG>CG.The postoperative CSF-Cu level of MTG is also higher
than that of CG,but BTG is similar to CG.There is significantly positive
correlation between CSF-Cu and CSF-Mn in CG,but there is no correlation
between Cu-Cd,Cu-Mn,Cd-Mn levels in MTG and BTG.Thus,the pre-
operative CSF-Cu level can be used as an important parameter in diagnosing
malignant,benign brain tumors and other neurological diseases.The post-
operative CSF-Cu level is of importance monitoring and assessing the pro-
gnosis of benign brain tumor.
