摘要
采用免疫组织化学和酶组织化学方法研究发现:①豚鼠和大鼠小肠壁各层,粘膜下神经丛和肠肌丛内乙酰胆碱酯酶 (AChE) 阳性神经和血管活性肠肽免疫反应性 (VIP-ir) 神经都很丰富, 后者在固有膜和粘膜下层的分布特别浓密。②AChE阳性神经以粗大纤维居多,VIP-ir神经多为膨体样神经末梢。③两种神经丛及节间束中富含AChE阳性神经元胞体; VIP-ir神经元胞体相对较少, 但其胞体近端突起明显。④豚鼠小肠二种神经元成分均较大鼠者明显丰富,但它们均有相似梯度差别: 回肠> 空肠> 十二指肠。⑤肠肌丛中同一神经元胞体偶见VIP-ir与AChE阳性反应。结果提示: 胆碱能神经及VIP能神经及其递质可能分别或以共存形式相互调控肠道的功能活动,
A com parative study w as perform ed on the distribution of AChE- positive and VIP- im m unoreactive nerves in sm all intestine of guinea pig and rat by using com bined histochem ical and im m unohistochem icalm ethods. It w as found that: ①Dense acetylcholinesterase (AChE) -positive and vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP) -im m unoreactive (ir) nerves w ere located in each lam inae, Meissner's subm ucosalplexus (MSP) and Auerbach's m yenteric plexus (AMP) in sm allintestine ofboth guinea pig and rat, w hile in lam inae propria and subm ucosa, the distribution of VIP-ir term inals w ere the m ost dense. ②AChE-positive nerves w ere m ainly coarse fiber, w hile m ost of VIP-ir term inals show ed predom inantely w ith varicose. ③AChE-positive perikarya w ere rich in MSP, AMP and interganglionic bundles. In MSPand AMP, only a few of VIP-ir perikarya w ere found.VIP-ir neuron show ed obvious processes. ④AChE-positive and VIP-ir perikarya and fibers in sm all intestine of guinea pig w ere m ore dense than those in rat, but there w as a significant difference in the densities of their distribution in the three segm ents: ileum > jejunum > duodenum . ⑤The colocalization of AChEand VIP-ir w as occasionally found in a perikaryon ofAMP. The results suggested thatthe acetylcholinergic-and VIP-ergic nerves m ay regulate the function ofintestine alone or cooperatively, especially in the m otility of intestine.
