摘要
本研究利用豚鼠测定禁食时间不同和不同部位小肠对葡萄糖、乳糖、甘氨酸,亮氨酸吸收的诱发电位最大值(PDmax)及最大半饱和浓度(CK)。结果表明:空肠,回肠对葡萄糖,乳糖的吸收一致,对氨基酸的吸收,回肠的功能高于空肠,诱发电位均值与小肠吸收功能一致。提示,测定诱发电位可以定性定量地观察小肠对糖类及氨基酸的吸收情况。
n this study the maximal potential difference value(PDmax)and the maximal
half saturate concen-tration(Ck)of glucose ,lactose ,glucine,leucine in geanea pigs by using their
small intestine in vitro atdifferent fasting time and different location. The result showed that the
abserption of glucose and lac-tose in the ileum was consistent with that in the jejunum. It also
indicated that for amino acid the ab-sorptive capacity of the jejunum was stronger than that of
the ileum. The average value of the potenialdifference was in accordence with the absorptive
capacity of small intestine, This suggested that by mea-suring the potential difference. We
could observe and analyse the absorption of sugar and amino acid inthe small intestine
qualitatively and quantitativly.
