摘要
目的探讨血必净注射液对急性胰腺炎患者的治疗效果。方法将82例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为血必净治疗组和常规治疗组,常规治疗组接受改善胰周循环、抑酸、抑酶、抗炎治疗,血必净组在上述常规治疗基础上+血必净注射液40ml静点,1次/d。监测两组患者体征缓解时间、血尿淀粉酶变化情况。结果两组体征缓解时间上无明显差异(P>0.05),血、尿淀粉酶变化有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血必净注射液能有效减轻急性胰腺炎症状,保护脏器功能。
Objective To discuss the treatment effect of Xuebijing injection on patients with acute pancreatits.Methods Totally 36 caces of patients with acute pancreatits were divided into two groups：Xuebijing treatment group and routine treatment group.Routine group was given improving pancreatic circulation,acid-suppressing,inhibiting enzymes,anti-inflammatory treatment.On the basis of this,Xuebijing treatment group was added Xuebijing injection 40ml once per day.Monitor the signs relief time and the change of amylase in blood and urine of the two groups.Results The signs relief time has no significant difference between two groups（P0.05）,the change of amylase in blood and urine has statistically significance（P0.05）.Conclusions Xuebijing injection can effectively mitigate the signs of acute pancreatits,protect organ functions.
