摘要
目的探讨鼻泪管支架治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床效果。方法对60例(68只眼)慢性泪囊炎患者行鼻泪管支架术治疗。操作:用泪道探针探通泪道,拔出针芯,插入导线,将泪道支架上的引线带出泪小点外,并把支架上端牵入泪囊。结果 60例(68只眼)慢性泪囊炎治愈62只眼,好转5只眼,无效1只眼。结论泪囊支架术操作简便,创伤小,时间短,成功率高,不影响容貌,是目前治疗慢性泪囊炎的有效方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the curative efficacy of nasal-lacrimal duct stent placement in patients with chronic dacryocystitis.Methods Nasal-lacrimal duct stents were placed in 68 eyes of 60 patients with chronic dacryocystitis. Operation： Open up the lacrimal passage with a lacrimal probe. Pull out the stylet from the probe and insert a guideline through the probe to take the lead of the lacrimal duct stent out of the puncta and pull the the upper end of the stent into the lacrimal sac. Result In 68 eyes of 60 patients, the chronic dacryocystitis was cure in 62 eyes, partial response in 5 eyes and non response in 1 eye. Conclusion Nasal-lacrimal duct stent placement is simple, less traumatic and time-saving, with high success rate and without affecting one＇s looks. It proves to be an effective way to cure chronic dacrvocvstitis, and therefore it is worth popularizing and applying.
