摘要
研制了一种用于X射线测厚仪的高压直流电源。电源主要由两部分构成,第一部分为高频AC/DC变换单元,设计实现过流、过压保护和输出电压调节的功能;第二部分为高频DC/DC变换单元,主要由全桥串联谐振变换器组成,控制其输出准正弦波电压,经高频升压变压器馈入到倍压整流电路得到直流高压,采用谐振变换器可以实现软开关控制,同时准正弦波相比于方波其含有的谐波成分少,可以改善由于电路分布参数引起的谐振过电压造成的高压打火问题。两部分都引入高频变换,可以减小装置体积并降低输出直流电压的纹波系数,最后给出了设计实例以及相应的测试结果。
A kind of high-voltage DC power supply was developed for the X-ray thickness gauge.The power supply consists of two units：the first one is AC/DC high-frequency transform unit designed for the protection of over-current,over-voltage and the voltage controlling,and the second one is DC/DC high-frequency transformation unit in which a full-bridge resonant converter is used to obtain the control of soft switch.In addition,the quasi-sine-wave voltage with high-frequency transformation is exported to rectifying circuit to improve the situation of high-voltage striking.High-frequency converter technology was adopted in both parts of the power supply,reducing the ripples of output DC voltage and cubage of the system.Finally,the design example of the power supply and test results were given.
