摘要
设计制作了一台大功率高压恒流充电源.该电源采用全桥串联谐振恒流充电拓扑结构,实现了0-30kV范围内输出可调,设计最大平均充电功率5kW.简要分析了电路的工作过程,给出了电路参数设计方法和设计实例,并进行了电路仿真和初步实验研究.实验中,使用该电源对18μF电容实现了30kV,0.1Hz重频充电,充电功率约1.35kW,目前电源已累计充放电万余次,运行稳定可靠.
A high power high voltage constant current capacitor charging power supply is designed and manufactured.It adopts full-bridge topology with series resonant constant current charging technology and the output voltage is adjustable from 0to30 kV,the average power can reach 5kW at the most.The operating process of the circuit is analyzed briefly.The parameters of the power supply are calculated and a designed example is presented.The simulation and experiments are given and the experimental results are in accordance with the calculation request.In experiment,an 18μF capacitor is charged to 30 kV at 0.1Hz repetition rate by the power supply,the average power is about 1.35 kW.Now the power supply is experimentally investigated for a capacitor charging and it can work steadily.
