摘要
目的通过对实习护生在手术室学习适应性影响因素的调查分析,给予相应的干预措施,以提高实习质量,使护生更好地适应手术室护理工作。方法选取2008-2009年在我院实习的护生118名,采用改编而成的护生学习适应性影响因素调查表进行调查。结果手术室环境因素(76.3%)、实习时间(71.2%)和严格的无菌观念(68.6%)是影响护生手术室实习适应性的前3位因素。同时,52.5%的护生认为学习专科知识抽象困难,学习积极性不高;41.5%的护生没有形成专业认同感。结论护生在专科医院手术室学习适应性较差,通过分析影响因素和积极采取相应措施对提高护生的实习质量有积极作用。
Objective To offer intervention measures to accommodate nursing students to nursing service using opinion survey of influencing factors of nursing students learning adaptability in operation room.Methods A total of 118 nursing students practicing in Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital from 2008-2009 were selected to adopt an opinion survey of influencing factors of nursing students learning adaptability.Results The three leading influencing factors of nursing students＇ learning adaptability in operation room were environmental factors of operating room（76.3%）,practicing time（71.2%） and the concept of strict sterile（68.6%）.Meanwhile,52.5% of the nursing students complained of difficulties in specialist knowledge and were not enthusiastic for learning.Then 41.5% of the participants did not form a professional identity.Conclusion The learning adaptability of nursing students in operation room of special hospital is poor.The nursing students practicing quality can be improved by analyzing the influencing factors and taking measures positively.
