摘要
目的探讨血液透析患者的自我管理能力及影响因素,以期为提高护理质量提供依据。方法采用自行设计的血液透析患者自我管理调查问卷对95例血液透析患者进行随访调查,了解患者自我管理能力,并探讨影响自我管理的影响因素。结果 43例血液透析患者自我管理能力欠佳,影响血液透析患者自我管理的主要相关因素为原发疾病、文化程度、医疗费支付方式、婚姻状况、家庭支持状况、血液透析时间等。结论在血液透析患者护理过程中,要注重患者的自我管理能力以及患者家庭、社会等因素对自我管理能力的影响,才能有效提高血液透析患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the self-management ability and its affecting factors of hemodialysis（HD） patients so as to provide the evidence for improvement of nursing quality.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey 95 HD patients about the self-management ability and its affecting factors.Results The self-management ability of 43 patients was far from satisfaction.The main affection factors were original diseases,education status,medical cost,marriage,family support,and HD time.Conclusion The self-management ability and affecting factors include family and society of HD patients should be enhanced during the nursing process so as to improve the quality of life of hemodialysis patients effectively.
